People whom find it is their time to seek counselling for whatever reason require a counsellor whom fits their needs and whom can walk the counselling journey with them in a Empathetic, non judgmental manner, with someone that they feel comfortable with.

So here is a bit about me to help you.

I have worked in several industries from the age of 16, Supermarket work, Take away food industry and I have worked for Royal Mail. After that I went into the social care industry before retraining and undertaking my counselling journey.

After my training I became a fully qualified integrative counsellor with my core beliefs being person centered, where I can introduce elements of Psychodynamic and CBT techniques. Although during the first Lockdown of Covid-19 I undertook the CBT (L5) qualification and I am now a qualified CBT practitioner. I am also finishing off an online and telephone counselling course as I continue to develop my skills regularly.

I have previously worked for a few organisations including an educational setting and a voluntary organisation, I have worked with young people and adults of all ages throughout my time counselling and have worked privately as well.

I am a member of the MBACP (Member of the British Association Counselling and Psychotherapy).
